Welcome to the Marshalltown Baseball Club! We are excited to share our journey and commitment to providing exceptional baseball opportunities for all kids in our community. Our recent merger with Little League, a cherished institution that has served Marshalltown for decades, allows us to continue this legacy while expanding our reach and resources.
In 2019, the future of Marshalltown Little League was uncertain, as the program faced disbandment. Recognizing the vital role that baseball plays in our community, Corey Schoenfelder stepped in to continue the program. His vision and dedication not only ensured that families had access to baseball but also helped navigate the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing our young athletes to continue playing the sport they love.
As we look ahead to 2024, we are proud to announce the formation of a dedicated board aimed at elevating the baseball experience for our youth. This board is composed of influential leaders, including our local high school coach, a college head coach, and other key figures in the community. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to enhance skill development, foster teamwork, and create more opportunities for all players.
